Our store in Windsor offers a free return or exchange service. In the case of home pick-up service, a customer may bear the responsibility for the shipping and handling charges incurred during the return of the item(s), except when the return is attributed to a defective or incorrect product dispatched by Celldefender.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
